 Regarding the International Network, CiiL-Instituto Politécnico do Porto established a Scientific Partnership with CAPES (Brazil). Under this partnership, a Training Plan was developed aiming at Capacity Building in terms of the CiiL Methodology. The course was launched  in January 2021 with more than 96,000 registrations – including Brazilian teachers and educators
